SPRING BREAK MAPLE & HONEY
SPRING BREAK produce Maine maple syrup in the spring from 2000 taps and harvest pure honey in the fall from our 24 bee hives located in Smyrna. Our pure maple syrup and pure honey is some of the best tasting natural sweeteners in Maine and will have you going back for seconds.
Since starting this “SWEET” business in 1998, we have added an online store for our busy customers complete with secure shopping and recently opened a gift shop located in our sugarhouse at 3315 US Route 2 in Smryna Mills, Maine. In this shop you will find our maple syrup and honey as well as Maine made potato baskets in 4 sizes, pack baskets, fishing creels, maple coffee, maple cutting boards, maple and honey gift baskets and many, many more Maine made gifts.
Our sugarhouse boast several displays relating to maple sugaring, beekeeping, Maine logging and farming. You will see where we boil maple sap to make maple syrup and coming soon will be our honey extraction facility too. Our sugarhouse is always open to the public during the maple season with open houses held the last weekend in March and first weekend in April where our customers can see sap come in from our maple sugar bush, watch, smell the sweetness of the maple syrup process and sample sugar on the snow.
